A representative of the alien Caponians who have infiltrated a phone company. In this phone company they run a stupidity machine which slowly reduces the intelligence of the population on earth. The stupidity machine generates a 60 cycle hum which seems to come from every telephone line on the planet. To remain undetected the Caponians are always wearing glasses/nose/mustache masks and hats. The leader of the Caponians is "The King" an alien Elvis whom Zak meets on a space cadillac.
This game is the missing link.
